School Policies
Our school is regulated by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK). We follow and are committed to the policies and guidelines for private schools as set forth by ADEK and the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Tuition & Other Fees
Madar International School offers a substantial combination of premium academic teachers, innovative and cutting-edge technology within state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that your child reaches their utmost potential, while maintaining a competitive fee structure.
Registration
Registration is now open for the academic year 2025 – 2026.
Given the limited amount of spots available for new registrations each year, we require parents to ensure that all of the requirements for our registration procedure, schedule, and required documents listed below are properly met
Entrance Exams
- Entrance exams will be arranged with parents.
- Results will be conveyed to parents within 48 hours.
- If the student passes the entrance exams and the interview (if applicable), the parent will be called to complete the registration process.
- Complete the School Application Form.
- To finish the registration process, parents must pay the registration fee (5% of the tuition fees) and sign the required forms.
Registration
Submit the completed School Application Form and the required documents to the Registration Office as per our School Policies.

Books
To purchase books, visit the Madar campus store during the book distribution schedule. Visit the school portal for specific distribution times.
Uniform
Sales of Madar uniforms take place throughout the year; however, you may purchase uniforms from the campus store at any convenient time but preferably at the beginning of each academic year. Parents can find detailed information about uniform purchase times by using the school portal.
Transportation
Madar employs child safety supervisors who accompany students to and from the school. In partnership with reputable transportation service providers, who adhere to government safety standards, we provide your children with a completely safe, well-maintained, fully certified and regularly inspected fleet of buses.
